Privacy Policy

ExecTalk. Effective date: 5 August 2026. Last updated: 5 August 2026.

ExecTalk ("the App") is a business English and sales engineering training application operated by Adrien Tiberghien, based in Switzerland ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.

1. Data we collect

Account data. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and a unique account identifier. Authentication is handled by Supabase. We never see or store your password.

Learning content. The App stores the content you create while training: vocabulary lists, notes, exercise answers, scores, error logs, and session history. This data exists so the App can track your progress and personalize your training.

Usage counters. We count your daily AI-powered exercise requests to apply fair-use quotas. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics profiling, or sell any data.

2. AI processing

The App's exercises are powered by Anthropic's Claude API. When you request a text, an evaluation, or a roleplay, the relevant content (for example your written or dictated answer) is sent to Anthropic for processing and the result is returned to you. Anthropic processes this data under its own privacy policy. We do not send your name or email with these requests.

3. Where your data lives

Your account and learning data are stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted in the European Union. The App's server runs on Railway infrastructure located in the Netherlands (EU). Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

4. How long we keep it

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where a legal obligation requires longer retention.

5. Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the App (Settings, Delete account). You can also email us at adrien.tiberghien@gmail.com and we will process the deletion.

6. Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at adrien.tiberghien@gmail.com.

7. Third-party services

We rely on: Supabase (authentication and database), Anthropic (AI processing), Google and Apple (sign-in), and Railway (server hosting). Each processes data only as needed to provide its service.

8. Children

The App is intended for professional adults and is not directed at children under 16.

9. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will notify you in the App before the change takes effect.
